I buy green tea in a gallon jug that is flavored with artificial sweetener. I buy Swiss Pomegrante and Blueberry. Does this count or am I doing myself in by having something artificial. I do not like it unsweetened. I don't like tea.

Me, too. I am five feet and going from 160 slowly, slowly trying to get to 125. I do not do exercise, exercise. I would rather mow the lawn or do housework or shop in large malls, etc. Of course I do dance every evening. Golly this weight loss is slow.

I cannot swim. I am afraid of water EXCEPT when I accept an invite to square dance in water. After the hour or so I can really feel it. Moving vertically in water to music at a fast pace is exciting. I forget my fear and it is all fun.

If I am reading the article correctly it is telling us WE DO NOT NEED ALL THAT WATER. I am hopeful this is correct. I don't like water unless I am thirsty. Often I drink flavored tea instead.

You need to be patient. It will work. I can move my scale a tad to the left or right and get a completely different number. And I am now thinking I am going to weigh in every week and judge by the fit of my clothes. I gained today a pound and my clothes are feeling mighty roomy.

I officially weigh myself when the scales say I have lost weight :-) I weigh myself every morning but don't even think to report it until it shows a stable loss for two days in a row. Woke up this morning to what looked like weight gain. HOWEVER MY CLOTHES WERE VERY LOOSE (did I spell that right;-)
