Im ready. I think it will be challenging during this time, but what a better time to stay focused instead of losing all control.. Which I can do easily. Im on day 9 of 30 day shred also... Body hurts but feeling stronger already...

Sorry late check in for weigh in... Started 231 down to 225 but gained 2 over thanksgiving.. :-( Not going to be to upset.. back on track.. See you next weigh in...

OK.. i totally screwed up on Thanksgiving.. Hope it won't take to long to get on track.. I had two days of going over my calorie intake with no working out.. Back to business.. Had lost 5lbs so far, but gained 2.5 UGH.. Gotta stay focused.. :-)

don't SMH on your starting weight (even though I did too at my own).. Let's just get it going and never look back... I know we can do it.
