Update: Discussed this with my physician and we decided to stop the Paxil for now. Tomorrow I am starting on Wellbutrin XL 150 MG daily and I'm nervous about that because some of the potential adverse effects (agitation, anxiety, insomnia, palpitations) are the exact same things I was trying to get rid of with the Paxil…
