maybe try them in a green smoothie? I like to whip up a smoothie of blueberries and spinach in my vitamix with a a banana and a little juice. you can just blend the seeds right in : )

I always have to remind myself to have protein when I drink....otherwise I binge. Avoid the temptation to use your drink cals as a "meal". Always plan to have some food with your alcohol to avoid impulses to overeat. A chicken or veggie main dish with wine is a great start : )

try going a day without and see how you feel. im taking a break and experiencing some pretty bad headaches so i think i need to cut back. maybe just a cup or two in the morning will be better.

Planning meals ahead isn't for me, though I do stick to a strict plan in terms of when i eat (no longer than four hours between meals and snacks). I like the idea of tracking my cals the day after. I'm hoping it wont be as triggering to see the numbers after the fact. Maybe I'll give this a try and see : )

Now Foods Stevia Glycerite is good. It took me a while to get used to the taste but now i'm hooked : ) Xylitol is great too but i try not to overdo it since it can upset your stomach (it's sugar alcohol derived from birch or non GMO corn - look it up).
