easiest way to loose weight: eat clean. stick to meat, fruit, vegetables and healthy fats (nuts, oils, etc) you will loose weight like crazy. and its very simple to follow! helped me loose 50lbs in 6 months.... I follow that clean eating about 90% of the time....

protein 25, carb 20, fat 55 I have lost just under 50lbs in less than 6 months doing this. i would say its working. IMO-60% carbs is awful. thats way too many carbs than one person needs in one day....especially paleo. thats a lot of sweet potatoes and fruit!

gluten free is good grain free is better if you keep your diet clean with only whole foods, you wont be eating grains :D

It really depends on your alloted calories, your height/weight and your exercise level. I dont. I exercise 30 minutes a day. I probably burn anywhere from 200-500 a day. I dont eat those back because its not a lot of exercise and my calorie allowance for the day is already 1600. I am not going to eat 2000 calories a day…

this times a million :D I dont have celiac disease but I do have a delayed autoimmune allergy to wheat and gluten and also other things. but anyway, dairy and wheat are the most common autoimmune allergies (at least that what my dr said :D)

I would remove the daily dense carbs. the pasta and pretzels. Get your carbs from fruits and vegies.

when i was vegan my favorite way to cook tofu was drizzle oil and cook in oven. I would cut it into small cubes. Thats it! It was crispy and tasted like I was eating somethign bad....but I wasnt :D

i gained 20lbs over a few years after becoming a vegetarian. sounds silly but i got fat. I dont recommend it. I am now paleo for 4 months and have lost 40lbs!

I can totally relate. Its been a crazy tough week and there is something about my mind being in Friday mode that I am just defeated and exhausted feeling. I could drink some coffee to wake me up but would probably hurt my tummy :(
