well, I made it to day 23

I am also doing a whole 30 diet so on day 31, I plan on taking a day off from exercising ( i cannot wait). I am thinking of doing whole 30 and 30DS again, starting April 1st? Anyone else??

Soreness
I have not been sore from doing 30DS. anyone else not sore? I feel like I need to be sore to get results. I am doing mostly the advanced moves and am sweating like a crazy lady and pushing myself to the max. So, I am surprised I am not sore. Any thoughts?????!!!! I am currently on L2D14 Also, I am not taking days off.
