http://www.livestrong.com/article/406332-do-muscles-retain-water-after-a-new-exercise-program/ I'm having a lot of trouble myself at the minute with water retention :( I've recently returned to work where I can be stood, for up to 11 hours a day. I'm giving it a week or 2 to see if it settles down, if not, it looks like it…

I use vinegar when I have salad cream, It makes less salad cream go further .... If that makes sense. Anyways I have it either with salad, or with a jacket potato :)

Yeah, the online converters use the decimal point as just that, a decimal, so it was looking at .11 of a stone. If I don't have my phone handy to convert, I usually just type it in google. The main stone, then just add the odd pounds on myself :)

What have you got down as your "normal daily activities"? If it's anything above sedentary, MFP already accounts for the calories you will burn doing said activities. This may be why it seems a little high :)

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It may even help towards weight loss. If it's bothering you that much though, go for a little walk. It's not a law that you can't go over the limit. We are afterall, all human :)

I thought the exercise was user input .... Meaning that it is what THEY burned for whatever amount of exercise they input. So if they are not the same weight / height etc as you, the burn will be totally different. If you have a HRM, it's probably best to just go by that and enter your own exercises in. You should only…

Noticing my little wii character is also shrinking in size the more weight I lose!

the 105 lbs it suggests here, is not your IDEAL weight. It is your body fat. if you go back to the OP and say for arguments sake you wanted 20% at ideal weight. Divide that 105 by 0.8 which is roughly 132lb. Which is close to what you say is in the normal range for you :) I see a lot of ppl are just getting the lean body…

Is your board on carpet too? That also plays a part in an inacurrate reading. If you have been sticking to your calories, then I'd say that it's likely to be water weight.

I love laughing, it's my favourite thing in the world to do! There are a few stand ups I like that have already been mentioned. Also a few English ones ... John Bishop, Sarah Millican, Frankie Boyle, Sean Locke to name a few.... but you should definitely have a look for John Pinette! He is awesomely funny. Check this clip…

Well, also take into account that if you stick to what you are doing today ..... in the next week you are likely to of lost weight. When you enter that new weight into the system, your new "in 5 weeks" calculation will take your new weight into account. :)

Edit: Someone beat me to it :P I think it cuts it off because of the size. It can be easily viewed though by people if they right click and then choose "View image" :)
