I would love to find friends that are similar to me! I'm 18 years old 5'4 Heaviest weight : 178 lb Current weight : 148 lb Goal weight : 130 lb by summer! Ultimate Goal weight : 120 lb Calories ; 1350 a day I don't workout yet but planning on starting soon enough!

Just made it public. I already saw a nutritionist and she said that i shouldn't bother losing weight, that I wasn't really overweight just on the heavier side.. She's the one that added chicken and fish to my diet and recommended that I eat something small every hour instead of big meals.

Oh didn't think of swimming! I don't have a pool and can't go at the public pool for disability reasons but I live where beaches and rivers and lakes are nearly everywhere so he could even swim with me! Thanks I didn't even considered that as an exercise lmao. Thanks for a quick answer.!
