You do realize that sugar comes from a plant, right? Here we have a sugar cane in it's natural habitat: Cassava, peach pits, belladonna are all poisonous. sugar canes are not.

about 20 miles. 6 months ago i was 500 miles away.

I started Wellbutrin XL (150mg)in November- however, about a month ago i was upped to 300mg. I can't really tell if it's made a difference, but i do remember the first few weeks i started taking it, i was sleepy after taking it. Now, not so much. Other than that, i haven't noticed any side effects. I've also been…

i don't like either, so when i do use it, i'll use margarine(Earth Balance). grew up on country crock and never liked butter-salted or unsalted- much at all..

sad boobies. loose skin. stretch marks that look bad because of said loose skin. i could go on.

Pills, yeah. Ended up taking in 1200mg of caffeine at one time, and that was probably the scariest night of my life. Was under stress and made a bad decision. Thankfully i've cut down my caffeine intake to about 200mg daily(so roughly 2 cups of coffee worth)

I'm addicted to caffeine. I overdosed on caffeine last year, but i've never taken 500 dollars out of my bank to get it. Does this mean i'm not addicted?
-
Yes. They're one of the best multivitamins to take in general. Most doctors will recommend them.

Iron and magnesium. When i make sure to take a prenatal vitamin and one or two 250mg magnesium supplements a day, i don't have cravings for anything- even on my period, despite my love of sweets, potatoes, and chocolate.

Potatoes, cabbage(i've recently found that i love it boiled), egg beaters, bananas, honeydew and cantaloupe(huge ones for me), activia light, 80% dark chocolate, oranges, broccoli, wheat breads, frozen berries.

i'm on wellbutrin XL- the only thing it could do to help you lose weight is reduce appetite/make you nauseous(as it does me). How many calories a day are you eating? If you're eating a reasonable amount(depending on your cw, 1200+ calories) and still losing that rapidly, go to the doctor. Something could be wrong.

i'm pretty sure they have vegan protein powder. Hemp or soy based..

You know, this reminds me of a post i once read. It said that drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables, and exercising will kill you. It was a Dr. Oz article.

I didn't when i was lifting, but i certainly wanted them. Spending 3 hours in the gym per day, my hands got very sore and blistered.

Apart that it celebrates the taking of land from the natives and forcing them onto reservations? Or the fact that some people just can't afford it? Or that some people simply don't want to?
-
Yeah cuz that's a great idea, especially for those on this site trying to recover from eating disorders..

there are more people with eating disorders than there are people with green eyes.

I'm glad you found what was up :) like another poster said, make sure to go back if it starts up again! Don't beat yourself up over not realizing or knowing, because it happens to the best of us. We're fallible.

And since I'm tired, i can't figure out how to edit my post so i shall just quote it.. Eating disorders suck. Any type. Bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, anorexia athletica, binge eating disorder, ED-NOS, and everything else that i'm forgetting. It sucks. It's hell. I hate it. I hate all of it. If you, your friend, or…

Okay. Starvation mode is a myth. Yes, while eating a low calorie diet your metabolism does slow after a while, but it's after a couple of months of sustained heavy restriction. I can say this to be true, because i ate about 16% of what my recommended daily intake is(to maintain) for quite a while(4-5 months), and i lost…

i think you seem to be missing the point of bulking. And the knowledge that BMI is an awful indicator of health, especially for those who are tal and have a lot of muscle.. OP, props. I nearly died trying to eat 3000 calories every day. With B&J's and Ensure.

I lost friends because losing weight made me confident enough to "come out" about my mental illnesses. Random people are nicer, and those who wouldn't look twice at me in high school have asked me out, repeatedly.
-
I lost far too quickly (went from 140 to 110 in about 2.5 months), and overall i've lost 53 lbs, and while i think my boobies are depressing, they went from a 34DD(very close to DDD), to a 30A/B. It's nice to be able to fit into shirts normally now.
-
Weigh all your food. It's likely you're underestimating what you eat, and overestimating what you burn Strength train- don't just do cardio. That'll help with fitting into a dress.

It's not only girls. I lost ~45 pounds while still in high school, and now i get attention from guys that had rejected me 4, 5, 6, years ago. 2 years ago nobody would look at me, and now i have people asking me for dates. I think it's amusing.
