  • Homemade pizza I made when we had company. I made 2 large pizzas. So hard to resist the leftovers, but company ate a lot and I sent some home with them.

  • Mexican Chicken in the Crockpot with a salad. The Mexican Chicken does not look that good but it is: Chunks of chicken, black beans, corn, salsa in a crockpot cooked in the crockpot about 5 or 6 hours. We add shredded cheese just before serving. Tastes good and plenty of protein.

  • Before I left to go to work today I made Scalloped Potatoes baked with Pork Chops with a salad. We often eat a main meal at lunch time since I work early afternoons and get home late.
  • I work at a hospital and to get Christmas off I needed to work Thanksgiving Day. But the hospital provides a nice traditional dinner.   • I like oatmeal. There is so much you can add to it and it is so filling. I find I am so hungry in just a few hours if I just eat a bowl of cereal with coffee.
