  • You should feel like a great success! I am 64 and know how hard it is to take it off. I am struggling along, and really enjoy seeing us seasoned seniors doing great. Not only do you look great, I'll bet your health is much better too!

  • Hi and welcome! I have been a member for only 35 days and this site is great! I have only lost 6 pounds, with about 25 more to go but as they say, it's good to take it off slow. Everyone is so encouraging here and I hope you like it.

  • Hi Mbgame~~Sweets are my downfall too! I have read that if you eat garlic, chives, and leeks that it can help diminish your sweet cravings. I thought I would make a homemade soup, incorporating these items. Good luck to you.
