My favorite is 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (I like Nancy's), 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 2 handfuls frozen spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup mixed berries. I also like to add 1/8 cup powdered egg whites due to my high intensity workouts.

I LOVE my Vita-Mix. I drink shakes every day and I can add all sorts of healthy stuff and never know. I routinely do one with yogurt, pineapple, half banana, spinach, and carrots. Yummy. Also, it can warm pureed soups and grind wheat berries for flour. We got ours 2 years ago and have used it nearly every day.
