I was on Topomax for migrains for about a month. I actually lost weight on it, but I felt jittery and dizzy all the time so he had to switch me off it. Ah well... :sad: I hope you find something that works for you!

I just read about this online and decided to try it. I am pear shaped and have cellulite I want to get rid of. I am on day 3 today and it hurts! My thighs and bum are very sore... but I plan to stick it out and see what happens. I'd love to do it with you if you want to try it. :happy:

I'm not sure because the same thing is happening with me. I think maybe as we go we will have to learn to tweak it and adjust to find what works best? It's only day 3 for me and I find I have to force myself to eat to meet my daily allotment. Best of luck to you! :smile:

Any diet that does not contain coffee is not worth doing, imo. I will give up fast food, sugar, white and processed foods and even chocolate... but I just can't imagine a day without coffee. :drinker:
