Under Calories in the beginning?

So I'm shooting for around 1200 calories a day but i end up burning around 500 calories a day from working out. Is it still bad for me to shoot for eating only 1200 calories while still doing this workout routine. I have done this for 3 days now, i have no fatigue problems, no headaches, etc. I am drinking around 4 L of water a day as well.
Eventually i will probably spike my days so do something like 1200 calories for a few days then maybe one day of 2000 calories. Is this bad for my health/results ?
Thanks!

I'm not sure because the same thing is happening with me. I think maybe as we go we will have to learn to tweak it and adjust to find what works best? It's only day 3 for me and I find I have to force myself to eat to meet my daily allotment.
Best of luck to you!0
