  • I wish!! When I first started I saw some crazy number and my heart leapt and my pulse raced! I was so excited I wrote it in my calendar! That day came and went, I was very close, but not there. It took another week to meet my "5 week" goal. Bummer...
  • I wear cycling shorts for cycling...feels like you're wearing a diaper but the padding is amazing. Otherwise, I just wear regular (whatever I pull out of the drawer) for other workouts

  • This has been a lifestyle change, 5 years in the making! I stopped drinking. And then smoking. I stopped eating gluten, and then milk. And at the beginning of September, we cut out all grains. Looking at it in this way, yes, I can certainly do this for life.
  • I've been told 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily...Or a gallon a day. That's a full time job! It really doesn't take long for my body to acclimate to that amount of water tho. Soon enough it becomes easy. I am at 9 consistently. This month I'll try for that gallon!! My new October goal!
