Wow-glad you are okay-and congrats;). I like Supreme 90 Day. It is a knock off off P90X, but it kicks my tail. The longest workout with a warm up is 55 minutes. You can do each exercise at an intensity you prefer. It was, like, six bucks on Amazon. Good luck:)

Eat what & how much you would like and normally eat. Then, I would pack some cheese sticks or sliced apples, almonds- anything that you can eat fast during water breaks or transitions between drills.

Totally agree! I only have Silvers. I am 6'2 and this brand has length. I love that there is a low cut brand that actually touches the ground and covers my ginormous feet. It also helps that there is an outlet by me where I can get them for $50. I will have to try American Eagle on too!

IMHO if you are working out hard and building muscle, then you should eat back your calories. IF what you are eating is healthy food. Remember how long it took you to put on the weight. Two pounds a week is a lot to ask of your body. Your period tends to mess up weight readings, so think of that.
