Supreme 90 Day! With Pics!

Soooo....here are my results after doing 30 days of 90 Day Supreme. I apologize for my dirty mirror/room/hair. Also, I wasn't planning on posting pics so that's why I'm not wearing the same clothing/same type of clothing. Anyways, I feel like my stomach area is the biggest difference so far, and my arms but you can't see that here. I haven't lost any weight but I think I've definitely toned up a bit and feel much stronger already! I'm excited to see what will change during the next 30 days! If anyone else has pics of their results from doing 90 Day Supreme or any Jillian DVD, you should share them!!

You can definitely see a difference in overall toning, but I can also see a decrease in the size of your waist and belly. Congrats!0

I definitely see changes in your midsection as well as your legs. A perfect example of how weight does NOT show fitness. You're doing fabulous!0

I'm so glad you posted this pics. Lots of people do Jillian Michaels dvds, but you are the only other person I've seen doing the the 90 Day Supreme besides me! I have been using these discs on days I don't go to the gym but your pictures make me want to get more serious. Awesome work. I look forward to seeing more of your progress!0 -
Great job! I completed Supreme 90 about 3 weeks ago. I loved it. I lost about 10 lbs and several inches. Keep up the good work. Challenge yourself to go as heavy as you can on the weights and use good form. I'm continuing with but adding in some other stuff.0

Before I bought the dvds I tried looking up youtube videos and just googled it trying to find people who had gotten results and I could only find one!!! haha but I was like hey for $7.00 I'll give it a shot! I'm glad I did!!0 -
I'm on day 40 tomorrow. You look great! I too have seen progress and have taken pics with my phone, but my 42 year old body doesn't look nearly as nice as yours:) I am also happy I purchased- it kicks my butt! I can feel my core getting stronger and I love the feel of my now bigger muscles! I take rest days more often, and also skip days to run or do the elliptical, but this program is an overall win for me. I like Tom WAY better than Jillian, way more encouraging.0

Thought I would come back here and post some results. I little background: got serious December 6, 2012. Took measurements pretty much everywhere but my calves- even my face and neck, including seven from my fat butt to my chest (sorry if TMI, but results are crazy!)
In one month of just trying to get back in shape and eat right I lost .4 lbs. and 5.75" (huh?), I didn't care, I'll take inches lost . On January 6, 2013 I started Supreme 90 Day. Like I said, I took some days off and did the elliptical and walked, and some rest days- I'm old, just listened to my body;), continued to eat well and stayed in my calories, however, I upped my protein a bit.
Weighed and measured again on 2/2/13- LOST 6 lbs. and 8.25 MORE inches;). Weighed and measured today, 3/3/13 wait...yep- holy *kitten*- LOST 4.8 more lbs. and 11.5 inches!
My totals for three months, two of them following "Supreme 90 Day" are: 11.2 pounds and OMG-25.5 inches. Take measurements!! I am so excited right now! (I might even make it through Tabata Inferno-might;)0 -

Thats awesome!!! I did take measurements before I started but I can't find them anywhere!! I'm so sad! But I did just remeasure last night! Im so excited to see all the changes in the next 2 months! Im adding much more cardio since summers coming! I hope my results are crazy like yours!0 -
Definite difference in your abs and thighs... echo sentiment about the scale not being the only measure of progress. Great job!!0

Awesome job! I can't believe that's just from 30 days! I just started Supreme 90 this week and love it so far! i really like the variety that it offers with so many different workouts. I have done both 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 but I got really bored of doing the same workouts day after day so I just found S90 and love it! Good luck with the rest of your journey!0
