i do the same so i take apples, almonds/brazil nuts, oatcakes, bananas, cooked chicken fillets - can eat all by hand no fuss :-)

oats , chia seeds, protein powder, cottage cheese, curly kale, peanut butter...maybe not all at once but give them a go

i maintain at 2552 calories and lose weight on around 2000 calories a day... mfp is way too low for me i follow my TDEE and work it all out from there.
