Muscle burn fat while at rest so it is important to do strength training. I loved ChaLean Extreme and got very toned doing it. Remember that you can do all the ab exercises in the world but you will never see your six pack unless your diet is spot on. Add me for support.

I have done ChaLean Extreme twice and I love it. I had the best body of my life after doing that program and then I got pregnant. I am going to start round 3 very soon. Add me for support

Whats with all the negativity? Water is healthy and most people don't drink enough of it. Don't rain on my Shakeology parade!!!!!

Shakeology is a meal replacement that you drink in the form of a shake. It is great at curbing appetite and helping to reduce cravings. I drink mine for breakfast.

I just finished day 4 and I am super sore. All abs today but not a single crunch which I liked.

I just finished T25 Alpha Total Body. I loved every minute of it.

Even though the workout is only 25 minutes you get great results. Its worth the investment.

I agree it does get easier. If you do need to take a break don't stop the tape. The next time you do the workout try to push past where you stopped. You will be running circles around Shaun T in no time.

Starting the Push phase today. I am super excited for month two as I have had good results from month one. CLX is a nice break from Insanity and when I am done with all the phases I am going to do a Insanity/CLX hybrid. Now if I can just get my diet under control all will be Amazeballs!!!

I am on my 2nd round of Insanity and I can tell you the best way to build your strength/stamina is to not push pause. If you need a break just let the DVD run until the next exercise and then jump back in. I promise the next time you do the workout you will go farther before you need a break.

I use my HRM to calculate my calories burned and then manually add them under exercise

Don't get discouraged even if the scale does not move. I have lost a bunch of inches but only a few pounds. Keep at it and the weight will eventually come off.
