  • My mom just passed this on to me, so I thought that I would try it out. I figured I need a swift kick in the @$$ to get this weight off. I'm at the highest weight I have ever been. I'm looking for support and motivation! I'm definitely jumping on this bandwagon and I will start tomorrow :)
  • It def could have to do with it, especially if you've been really good the last few weeks. Your body is not used to the salt (popcorm) and extra calories. Just like it takes time for your body to get used to eating healthy...it takes time to adjust after eating unhealthy. It will adjust again.

  • Trust me...I know it's hard. I'm guilty of it too. But you have to ask yourself..."am i comfy in this...or am all I thinking about is what OTHERS are thinking?"
  • One way or another...stick with one scale. A person generally weighs the least, first thing in the morning. Also, try to wear similar clothes (or none at all if weighing at home :D ) For the sake of consistency. I like weighing myself at home, with bare minimum of clothes on. Hope that helps. :)
