what kind of exercise are you doing? In my case (I am 40) I can NOT lose weight just by cutting calories alone, I didn't start losing anything until I added some exercise, I do a combo of cardio and strenth training. I'm still losing, but it's been slow and steady.

I eat SOME meat, but not a lot, I just don't like it. I will eat chicken sometimes, turkey sausage, I like hamburger and I am learning to like salmon, but it's so BORING to eat only chicken or hamburger EVERYDAY! I have been eating cottage cheese quite a bit, so now of course I am getting sick of it! LOL!

I always log in, even if it's only breakfast, but sometimes on a "cheat day" I will log in EVERYTHING just to show myself that if I ate like this everyday what I would weigh. It helps to keep me motivated to be good on my normal days.
