well 1200 is the bare minimum.. might be close to being too low.. to be safe I would go for 1400 so you get all of your body's nutrition. Make sure you are doing some HIIT training and some resistance training!

Here are a few sites that helped me:

    http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/weight-loss-plateau/MY01152
    http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/10-ways-to-move-beyond-a-weight-loss-plateau
    http://www.oprah.com/health/Weight-Loss-Advice-Fitness-Plateau-Dr-Katz

Keep with it. The plateau will break and you will start losing. Agree with the resistance training from above. You need the muscle because it will burn more calories. I didn't see if your diary was open but make sure you drink enough liquids and your protein is adequate. Protein helps to build and repair muscle and it also will keep you full longer.

Sometimes your body just needs a rest from the weight loss to just stabilize itself again. Once it is stable you will start losing again. Don't lose hope you will lose more.

what kind of exercise are you doing? In my case (I am 40) I can NOT lose weight just by cutting calories alone, I didn't start losing anything until I added some exercise, I do a combo of cardio and strenth training. I'm still losing, but it's been slow and steady.
