It's been done as we type! You don't need to waste money on a "cleanse" just eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. Just my opinion based on my experience. I've tried em and lost nothing but money. The weight loss was temporary and not fun.

I log it as 15 min cardio step aerobics and 15 min Calisthenics. I'm 178-180 lbs and the step aerobics seems to do well for me as far as getting my HR up. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I skip the machines and do only step aerobics .

Planet Fitness has changing rooms with a small bench which makes it easier for me to take off my shoes/boots etc so I like to take advantage of them whenever possible. I'd change by the locker but I'd never get completely nude. After losing 60 lbs. Its not a good look TRUST ME! :laugh: :laugh:

I do this to plan my meals and to see if I need to add more cardio to my daily exercise in order to stay within my goals. I did this for Thanksgiving last year and managed to stay under calories! Full disclosure: I often deviate, but I always log whatever I end up eating at the end of the day.

Yes, if I bite it I write {log} it. At the end of the day I'm the only one that has to be accountable for my actions. Besides, I don't really believe that mfp friends are that petty to critique my food diary anyway.

Eat a 1/2 cup of EVERYTHING!!!! I'm not kidding. You can eat Thanksgiving dinner without going over as long as you exercise and plan ahead. Put your favorite foods in your food diary and add it up now so you can make adjustments. Best of luck to ya!
