Good news: I weighed in at 179 lbs. which is great! :flowerforyou: Bad news: I weigh in at 179 which means I didn't make my goal weight :grumble: My goal is/was to weigh in at less than 178.4 which is what I weighed in at WW. I've been stuck around 180 since June.

OMG I feel bad for even saying this but I hate the way my flabby skin sounds when I run up the stairs. I've never enjoyed shopping, but now its a bit more enjoyable since I have more options now. But don't even get me started on my chest (notice I didn't call them boobs)...ughhhh! I HATE IT!!!!

Agreed! I see "dating" as a trial run to being in a relationship ie exclusive, sleepovers, etc. I don't have sex with the guys I hang out/go out with...we're just getting to know each other.

While I haven't lose a "ton" of weight, I have lost 60 lbs and I have lots of excess skin!!! I did it one pound a week and took my time, but still have lots of skin from the damage I did to myself. That would be my suggestion too. I use it once a week to keep the pipes clean :wink: But actually it took me a while to realize that the reason I'm not going to poop as much is because I'm not eating as much as I used to. So I don't go everyday...no big deal. You'll get used to it.

Yes, you should eat them and stay at a NET calorie at the end of the day. Trainer explained it to me like this: You can't drive a car without gas right. So you have to have enough fuel to complete a workout. You gotta eat =)
