Protein and Fiber help keep you fuller. If you having a hunger pang in the nights pick a low cal high protein snack. When I am having a "snack attack" or am just plain hungry I will have a hard boiled egg. I actaully pre-cook eggs for the week so I dont even have to wait for it.

Hey thanks guys! I think my issue is I am the one who has more calories and I am focused on mine, and so I tend to try and make too much for my husband! I think I will just flip it though. Concentrate on his food and then just add extra snacks to mine. :)

Hi! Just started back up again! Fell off course never really took of the last time. I think I am seriously ready this time, I just turned 30 and reality has hit, I want to be healthy! First goal drop 25 lbs by mid September. I think I can do it if i stay on track, I once lost 25 lbs in 5 weeks from just eating healthier.
