Reached a couple Goals - Down 46 lbs

As of today I have reached a couple goals of mine. My first goal was to lose 20 lbs and I did so today I am down a total of 46 lbs. My second goal was to be able to fit into my wedding rings. I am happy to say my rings fit me again! I still have a long way to go but here is my progress thus far. My "before" is not my largest, this is down about 20 lbs. The after is down 46 lbs total.

    Depending on the Country I suppose... In Spain we wear them on the right hand. :)

    Thank you and yes..however I am left handed and for whatever reason...I could not take a decent photo with my right hand. LOL

    Way to go! I have a "ring goal" also - I inherited my grandmothers engagement ring when she passed and had it sized to fit and since have out grown it. I can't wait until I can wear it again!

    Ahhh you're doing so well! Can I ask how long you've been working at it, and what methods you have been using? I have a ring goal too, but mine is slightly different. I got married when I was heavier than my current weight, and I am excited for when it won't stay on my finger and I have to wear it around my neck! It is slowly loosening up.
