I'm 5'3" Starting weight was 155lbs Current weight 116.4 lbs Goal weight is 115 lbs but we'll see...I want to be toned so if my weight goes up or down as a result of working towards a more toned look I'm okay with that :)

Spaghetti and garlic bread! It's going to put me over my calories for the day but I'm still making it for supper. The heart wants what the heart wants and the tummy is no different :) ...and wine...I haven't had wine in the house in months!

The site I use most is www.yummly.com Select browse recipes and down the left hand side of the screen it offers many search options. Including calories per serving, which meal you need a recipe for, any food allergies and many more. I have never searched this site and come up empty handed :)
