    5'2 and 201lbs. I was 132 10 years ago when I got pregnant with my first baby and would love to be at least that again.

    SW: 217.8
    CW: 170.4 (this morning) =D
    GW: 150

    but my ultimate goal. is 120. =D

    I am 4'11" and 131.5, and I was down at 115 less than a year ago (spring, in May). My goal weight is 115, but I'll reevaluate when I get there. I know a BMI of 22 is 112, and would be good, but I'll go for 115 first.

    I'm 5'1", was looking to be around 125, but I think I want to be closer to 115. Looked at the frame size chart and I'm pretty small framed.

    I'm 5'3 and 143 lbs, GW of 130 for now. After that, I don't care what the number is, I just want to be toned and fit. More than anything, I'd really like to tone my stomach and butt! :tongue:

    I am 5'3" and currently 126 pounds. My goal is about 113-115. I want to look toned and fit. Not so "squishy" If I find that before 115 then good, if not, I will keep working. :-) I just want to feel healthy and fit!

    I am 5'4" and 43 years old (I really do feel age should factor into your goal weight, but I have absolutely no education or research to back this up! :noway: )

    Starting weight - 165
    Current weight - 134
    Goal weight - 125 (it was 130 but I lowered it).

    I am currently wearing size 6s and a couple things are size 4s. Shirts are size small.
  • I'm 5 ft 1, and weigh 145 pounds. My goal is 125 pounds. I'm 18 so I'm not going to get any taller and I don't like how I look or the fact that I'm so out of shape. How do I keep from going over my calorie limit? I don't have access to a gym but I do have the track at my school. What are some good at home indoor exercises for when its wet, rainy, and cold outside? I am tired of looking like this and feeling horrible about myself. What do I do?

    I am 5'1" and 181 lbs. My goal weight is 125. Maybe even 130....I will just see as I get closer to the weight.....

    Current weight 116.4 lbs
    Goal weight is 115 lbs but we'll see...I want to be toned so if my weight goes up or down as a result of working towards a more toned look I'm okay with that :)

    Hey! I'm 5'2. I weigh 172 and my goal is 130. I was a very athletic kid but due to some very harsh life situations I ended up gaining a lot of weight quickly. I have been fighting with it since. But this time, I'm totally determined to shed it all off :)

    I am 5'2 and current 185. I was 127 in the army 25 years ago. I would love to be there now, but my primary goal is under 140.

    5'4 currently 117 and maintaining. SW 148 and date 6-7-12 reached goal of 117 on 11-8-12.

    I'm 5'1, goal weight is around 115-120lbs, but final goal is around 110lbs.
  • I am 5'4.5" and mine is like 110-120. I was born with a tiny boning structure and its still in the healthy range so its okay.

    I'm 5 even and I started at 165 this past May. I am now 1lb away from my goal of 120. Now I just have to maintain. It took me 11 years to gain the weight and now I swear I'm never going back there!!

    Hi! i'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. I was at 128 this last fall but packed on some weight over the holidays so now i'm chipping it back off slowly, but i can't wait to get back where i was and even smaller!
    My starting weight was 182 in Feb 2012 - definitely never going back there again. :)
  • I am 5'2 and currently 192. I started out at 230. My goal right now is 150. When, not if, I make it there I will reevaluate and go from there. My high weight should be 140 and low 118. I have only saw 125 once in my lifetime and that was way back when they let u take diet pills. I am 54 yrs old so 150 sounds really good to me now but when I make it I may go for 125.

    I'm also 5'3 and currently 152 - shooting for 140, and will reevaluate. Probably five pound at a time from there, but I haven't been 140 since high school (I'm 43 now), so I have no idea where my body wants to end up. :)

    5'2 - currently 144; goal 125. Four years ago I was at 120 ... my struggle with be to maintain. I carry all my weight in my middle too, which is not at all healthy, and no one says "giiiirrrrllll - look at that sexy as HAYEL muffin top!" No one. :-)

    I'm 5'3", started at 137 and had a goal of 118, right now I'm at 117 and have been maintaining that weight for the last 4 months. However I started a body weight bootcamp program when I finally hit 118 - at that point I was a size 6-8 and right now I'm a size 2. Don't obsess about the scale, it'll drive you crazy. Take pictures and start strength training and you'll never worry about the scale number again. That whole "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" should be revised to "nothing tastes, or looks as good, as strong feels"
