    I'm 5'4" and currently weigh about 148 lbs. I want to get to between 115 and 125. It's a pretty big range, but I won't know what feels best until I get there. In the past, I felt good at around 120.

    I'm 5'3, I currently weigh 140lbs, I've recorded my goal as 125 but I want to get to 130 and see from there. I've tried to watch my weight and exercise before, but this is the first time I've decided to count calories properly to drop those pounds and I'm hoping I can stick to it now I'm holding myself accountable!

  • Hello! I'm a newbie, so no real progress yet. I'm 5'0" and 123 lbs, but looking to get to somewhere around 95 lbs. 28 lbs to lose! Seems a bit daunting, but others have lost much more than I'm planning on.

    I am also new at this. J am 53 yr old at started at 130. I am now at 126 and want to get to 117 I am 5' 2
  • I am 5'2 and starting weight was 186. Current weight is 177. My goal weight is 130 - though I would prefer 125. But going to stick with 130 for now. Today though? Today I would be thrilled at 150...I would probably dance in the street.

    I'm 4'11" and currently weigh 147, even though my profile pick says 145. Grrrrr... My goal is 115 - 120. I've been doing this for a little over two weeks, my official weigh-in will be tomorrow. I've been up and down, already. My highest was 160 after I had my son and my lowest was105 in my late teens and early twenties.

    Got a long ways to go. I'm pretty sure tomorrow's weigh in isn't going to be what I want to see, but I'm going to keep plugging along.

    I am 5' and my goal is 110. I am currently at 131. How is everyone doing? I am new to MVP and wanted to know if the weight loss progress is usually about .6 a week. What is everyone seeing in regards to how much weight loss per week?

    I'm 5'2", and my goal is 115. Currently weigh 225. If I can't reach my goal, I would be happy with a size 2-4 in pants when I'm done.
  • I'm 5' 2', currently 62kg (136lb) and aiming for 52kg (115) but I'll see how I feel once I get to 55kg (120-ish lbs).

    im 5'1" and my CW is 181.4 and my GW is 135 ... even tho i'd be completely happy with 140. due to it then being 65lbs goal for me. :) good luck everyone.

    I'm 5'3" looking to lose about 50 more pounds. My starting weight from 3 years ago was 230 and I lost a 45lbs. Then life happened and I'm refocusing on losing the remainder of the weight. My SW is 201 and my CW is 195. I'm looking to get fit and healthy for 2013 going forward.

    Im 5'4 and my goal is 125 I cant remember being under 130 though and that was 10th grade

    I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 146lbs. Around 11 years ago I lost a lot of weight and went from 178lbs to 122 in only 5 months. I have struggled to stay there since then and my weight has fluctuated between there and where I am now. Ideally I'd like to be between 110-118lbs because even at 122lbs I was carrying visible excess fat on my lower abs, arms and thighs although I had a 24.5 inch waist and my boobs shrunk 2 sizes!

    The key is consistency otherwise the weight will creep up again, 2 years ago I got back down to 124 then stopped watching what I ate and stopped working out so much and here I am again!

    I'm 5'1" and I weigh anywhere from 150-165 lbs. Last time I was weighed when I was seven weeks post-partum, and I was 165. I'm a bit over three months post-partum so I think I weigh less. My goal is to be anywhere between 125-135 lbs.

    Hi, I am 5' 3". I started about 5 months ago at 163 and am currently around 123. My goal is 115 but I could adjust it anywhere between 110 and 115.

    I'm 5"2 and started last Feb at 193lbs. I set myself a goal to get to 126lbs and reached it before christmas. I weighed today and have lost another 1.5lbs. Thinking i need to tone up now.
  • I am 5'2'' and right now weight 200lb; I know that 140lbs puts me in a size 4. I would suggest haveing a weight goal but also a size goal too. I want to be a size 9!

    I'm 5 ft. 1 in... weighing in at 164 lbs. I'll be happy with a loss of 20 lbs.. because Ive truly loved having sexier curves..

    I use to be 120 before my weight gain (5 yrs ago) that happened after my divorce. I've been trying to lose it for the past 4 years with little to no success what so ever.

    BUT my goal is 13 lbs. and even though 30 lbs seems a long way away, I'm going to work at it to get there (or close to there)
  • 5"2 and 115lbs! :-) I never thought I could get under 125 but look at me now, i was STUCK there for YEARS! - SUPER EXCITED!

    I really want to get down to 110lbs though.. I am working on it! But.. for me.. it is not about the weight.. heck.. i may not even have 5 lbs to give.. but I do want to decrease my body fat %.

    I'm 5'1" and 180. My ultimate goal is 120, but I'm taking it one step at a time. So my first goal is 160.
  • I am 5'1" at my heaviest I was 177lbs, check out my profile for that horrid before pic! Currently I am 135 lbs.

    A few years ago I weighed 105 lbs after losing 50lbs, even at 105 I was still skinny-fat, which means I was tiny but soft and a small gut. But this time around I plan on toning up alot more, even if that means only getting down to 115 lbs due to muscle mass. So I guess that is only 20 lbs from now.

    When I was 105 I wore a size 2-4, my measurements were 34-29-34. Right now I am a size 9-10 or even 11-12, at my heaviest of 177 lbs I wore like a 16-18.

    My goal date is July 6th of this summer, so...173 days from now!!

    I can't wait to see everyone's progress!

    I am 5'3 and at my highest I weighed in at 195lb... Back in school I weighed in at 140lb and struggled to get below that. I'm hoping to reach my goal of 126lb by September this year.

    I'm going to the gym with my husband 4 times a week at the moment working on running (which I adore!) and weights, which is pretty new to me.

    Once we both get down to our goal weights, I think we will have another wedding photo shoot to celebrate! I wish I had tried harder before the big day last June!

    I'm 5'3-1/2" and started my journey in Jan of 2011 at 151 pounds. My goal weight was 122 pounds, which I reached in May of 2011. Went on maintenance and blew it! My current weight is 129 and I'm eager to get back to 122 or even 120. I avoided the "skinny fat" by exercising daily either with Jillian DVD's, weight training or treadmill work (or a combo). I felt great at 122 - so much more energy and I felt good in my skin. I honestly can't believe I let myself gain back some of that weight lost - especially considering those last 5 pounds were more difficult to get off than the prior 24! So, I'm back at it - hoping to achieve my goal of between 120-122 by May. For those that think you can't do it ... you can. I am 48 years old and I did it. You've got to want it, you've got to work at it and you've got to set a realistic goal for yourself. Good luck to all on their journey!
