Week1, day 4: Wasn't feeling too well today but managed to get in 6 glasses of water and complete my 100 crunches!

Yay......just did my 100 crunches and it felt GREAT!!!! I haven't done any form of exercise in quite a while. As for water,,,,,,,,i need to do better tomorrow. I never drink watet so this will be a tough one!

This is a GREAT challenge. I myself will not be participating in this one for medical reasons. I have low blood pressure issues and am under doctors orders not to go any lower than 2500. I know how important it is to watch the salt intake and I think that for anyone who is in this challenge who doesn't have medical issues…

Thank god for this challenge. This past weekend i was challenged with donuts 2 different times, birthday cake, cookies and brownies. Because of this challenge I really worked hard to resist all the temptation. I am proud to say that I did not eat one morsel of any sweet that was around me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
