You need to get a good warm up before u run...that is ur muscles needs to be flexed/stretched, they need blood flow. I usually start slow...then up my pace...brisk walk and then switch to run/jog. I read this today: Biggest loser trainer Bob Harper said the best way to defeat stall/plateau is to reverse our workout. Meaning, if you start with cardio then reverse it and finish off with cardio so on and so forth. The goal is to shock your body which got used to a routine workout. All the best!

There is no short cut to success! Eating too less will make you binge eat and you will put on more pounds than lose! Count you calories and work out for more steady weight lost. Good luck :happy:

I so agree with the response 'setting unrealistic goals'. I recently started my weight lost journey and I sweat my *kitten* off in the gym and when I look in the mirror I tell myself that it took me 2 years to put on the weight so don't expect to lose it in 2 weeks!!! I agree, not to go really low on calorie intake -1200 cals is a good number. Eat right and work out.
