Buy New Rules of Lifting for Women. Lift HEAVY. You might not get the number you want but you'll get the body you want.

Some people zig zag their calories more than what you're describing to break through a plateau. In the past, I've eaten a burger, which I rarely do, and the next day I let go of a pound or two. Maybe the same would work with another high protein meal, if you don't eat red meat.

    Good luck!
  • you mean to say over eating some day :(

I read this today: Biggest loser trainer Bob Harper said the best way to defeat stall/plateau is to reverse our workout. Meaning, if you start with cardio then reverse it and finish off with cardio so on and so forth. The goal is to shock your body which got used to a routine workout. All the best!
  • Thanks for the tip ..I will try to be different this week :(

Zig zag calories means to take your weekly calorie amount of say 1400 x 7 = 9800 total weekly calories.
instead of eating 1400 each day some days have 1200 another say 1600 etc as long as you end up with the same total weekly calories.

changing your exercises may help. Also take a week off may help.
