You guys are so much more in control than I. I am freaking stressed to the point of all possible stresstation... yes, I made that up. I've been on an eating rampage and because of my current lack of control I've gained all my lost weight back plus more... I even looked up "Hypnotist for weight loss" last night because I…

I had problems with my Heart Rate monitor strap moving too while I was working out. I just kept adjusting tighter... I read that with some straps it's important to have a little "moisture" between the strap and you skin for it to start calculating but that usually takes no time... I also had problems with the HRM…

I'm 27, 5'3", 165 pounds currently. Dropping to 135 pounds and/or 18-19% body fat (roughly 11-12% to go) whichever I like best. I did Turbo Fire and logged up to 140 days by 12 Apr and then took last week off. Now I've started logging again and now doing Insanity and still doing Turbo Fire. You can add me if you would…

Okay, I'll stop stealing other people's foods.... I think mine would be any cobbler with thick bready sweet dough! Maybe with a dollop of blue bell ice cream.... Oh no, Oreo's with milk for dipping! Ummm... No! What about Mississippi Mud Cake! Or Funfetti Cupcakes!!! .... I'm done...

Guess what! If you were in the Air Force you would get the maximum points possible during your PT test for your waist being under 31.5! Each 1/2 point bigger you get less and less points... Yay for you!

I was just talking about this on my Weight-Loss Update. I was sad because I'd only lost 1.9 pounds in a week after working at a 1000+ deficit by working out 6 days a week and eating about 1200 (non workout days) - 1400 (workout days) calories. Which according to MFP I should have lost more than that (and I have before) but…

For me I think about beating the boys... It's such an adrenaline rush when they look at you like you're competition. Then you beat them! I also had to find something I really liked. For me it was Turbo Fire and the HIITs. They are amazing! I find myself singing the songs and mentally doing the moves throughout the day.…

I have one from yesterday that I'm still so proud of: First meeting with the personal trainer yesterday. She was putting me through a mini workout to see where I am at. Then close to the end of the workout she smirked and said "My my my... You're a fit little bug, aren't you?!?!? Can't wait to push you to the limit!" I'd…

You are not doomed! I almost gave up the first time I did the Fire Starter Class and then by the 3rd time I felt like a Pro. Might have not looked like one but I FELT like one. Stick with it. You'll see yourself getting better and better. Then you'll be concentrating on form and putting your all into it. Then it'll be real…

I have been using Turbo Fire and I LOVE it! Check out DivaSlimsDown on youtube. She was my inspiration. I have lost weight but mostly I've toned up in a snap. A lot of people can tell too!!! I've also been doing her HIIT workouts and let me just say that I have knocked off almost 2 minutes on my 1.5 military run time in 2…

I don't know if it's as "Funny" as the rest but a strange reason I want/need to get fit is as a survivor of domestic violence I never want to feel vulnerable physically again...

People do similar things (with Prep H and saran wrap overnight) in the military to cut the inches down for taping. It's only temporary and like others have said it will come back when you start drinking water. You only lose water weight.
