Well it's wrong. You can not turn muscle into fat. It doesn't work like that. And you're talking about BMI which is a ratio of height and weight. If you have a higher lean mass than average plus your fat stores putting you at a healthy body fat percentage, you could still be classified as overweight with BMI. I'm 5'7",…

For that amount of calories, I'd have to make it my whole lunch. I tend to just get steamer veggies where I can eat the whole thing since I'm too lazy to try and portion it at work

I think Honey Nut Cheerios, or is it the multi-grain ones, have more iron than regular cheerios...

I once spent half an hour comparing the ingredients and nutrition facts between the two Girl Scout bakeries (ABC vs Little Brownie) so you aren't alone

*high five* There's like 2 GD songs I can stand lol

Hollywood Undead, bullet for my valentine, Fort Minor, Falling In Reverse, Day to Remember all pop up on my Linkin Park station on iheartradio. So does Korn, hed(pe), slipknot (I'm not a fan of those) So does Skillet, Flyleaf - Christian Rock but "Monster" by Skillet has gotten me through deadlift PRs...

You on'y have 30lbs to lose. Weight loss isn't linear and 6500 calorie deficit per day is 1. wrong 2. not possible

Trader Joe's has Hansen soda. Diet tangerine lime - nom.

Use the upright bike at the gym, not the recumbent. Different muscles used. If the upright bike doesn't hurt, go see an orthopaedic doctor. (see them even if it does hurt). If cycling and squats don't hurt but running/walking does, it sounds like patellafermoral syndrome to me since I've had it (have it?). It's an…

I'm too lazy to even blow dry my hair let alone do anything else. Kudos to her but no, lazy and DGAF
-
No. So much no. A pound is a pound is a pound regardless of what it is. Muscle is denser than fat and weighs more PER SAME VOLUME. And fat doesn't turn into muscle. Not possible.

If you started the program 6 weeks ago and are still eating in a deficit, it's water retention and a whoosh should happen soon. No one sees your scale weight except you and the doctor so if you're losing inches, you're doing fine

Do you even math or science?

I would've rathered a poptart that the Special K crisps. Better price and more satisfying

I refuse to eat kale or quinoa just because some faceless authority tells me that they're good for me. I think they're disgusting and I won't eat them.
-
It is. I've been in physical therapy due to the wrong shoes. Spending 1.5 hours driving plus however long it takes to find the right shoes, it very much worth it.
-
So get off your *kitten* and go for a walk instead of flooding the forums with nonsense.
-
That's a really jerky thing to do. Waste their time assisting you in finding the right shoe then buying it online. Most of these shops are locally owned, even Fleet Feet
-
So much this. The cost up front might hurt but the right shoes will aid in keeping you injury free (unless you fall into a pothole and break your ankle like I did)
-
Yes. If you are over your maintenance calories, regardless of what you eat, you will gain weight.
-
"Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do" - John Wooden (though I originally got it in a fortune cookie) It sucks being injured. Believe me, I've been off and on injured for 3 years now. And I've finally, in the last year and some odd months, gotten that quote through my stubborn head. Ok, so I can't…

Wide toe box shoes, not necessarily wide width shoes. Altra makes a wide toebox but they're zero drop and only neutral shoes. Newtons are decently roomy. I'd hit up a running store while you wait for that second opinion

^This, minus their success. I've had a similar experience, not 90lbs since I had less to lose. But life in far more enjoyable with donuts, ice cream, burgers. I'd be a very depressed person living on kale and quinoa. Plus burgers are a great source of protein and fat. And nomtastic. It's all about balance and moderation.

No one is going to do that for free, that's way to much to burden an internet stranger with unless you're paying them. I suggest you google registered dietitians in your area.
-
This, plus where is the fruit? And dairy? And happiness?
-
Hey, that's what I said! =P
-
Maybe a diet break would help
-
Unless you have medical reason, sodium is fine. Just drink more water on the really high days.

S'mores Burgers fruit
