You need to keep yourself busy, tidy or even go out for a walk/jog when your lazing about at home. You also need to find out WHY you have a food addiction, until you do that it'll be harder to change your eating habits. Another is will power, you need some of that too... when you start changing your lifestyle its hard but…

^ I agree with these suggestions, although they never worked for me when my boyfriend AND a trainer at the GYM tried to help me .They said that once I lose some weight I may be able to, because I just couldn't do it. Not because it's painful but because of balance lol. Oh well, slowly losing the weight so one day I can…

Calories in vs Calories out - I personally don't think it matters when you eat or how much you eat, as long as you're eating at a calorie deficiency.
-
Welcome to MFP Cati, this is going to be one of the best choices you've ever made in your life. You need to remember, this is not a "diet" is a lifestyle change and you do not need to cut things out like chocolate and crisp, you can eat them in moderation. You don't need to include exercise straight away, maybe stick to…

If its an exercise bike check retail sites, I got a York Fitness bike on-line for £299 (parents bought me it) and it goes up to 22 stone (I'm 19 stone) so yeah. You need to do your research to see what's available or ask the person whos selling the actual name of the bike.

I'm not? I was hungry yesterday lol. Doing 15 mins on my bike earned me them 100odd calories :P I think I may eat some, not sure :grumble: The 100 calories are form a 15 min workout, not MFP over estimate cause I'd have earned 250 according to MFP :noway:

Take this womens advice, sell it on Ebay. Its crap, look at the amount of people who's lost weight just by calorie counting. I was looking into herbalife at one point then realised its a con. You can do this yourself..
-
I've searched quite a few, still don't get it and I guess I can try the groups one. Thank you! :')

RIP <3

I'm thinking that's whats best but then I'm paranoid I won't lose weight. Its frustrating lol :grumble:

Mine normally come in the foamy ones lol. But yeah I'll sort that out in a second, you got any advice on working out cals? lol x
-
Thanks, but I dont have pots to put them in? Just foil lol. Also I will find way's of coping eventually :( xx
-
I kinda know the reason, I live alone and its just comfort. Afterwords I'm disgusted in myself, but at the time its impulsive and thats cause of BPD. I hope to start therapy soon, group therapy and my Psy said it'd help.
-
The Dr and Psy think I might do. But won't label me, I have day's where I don't eat at all. Then others where I can eat for england. I can go 2-4 day's without eating due to my mood. </3

Woo I'm not alone :drinker: lol. How do yo work out the calories of a kebab though lmao xo

I started 275 lbs and currently weight 268.8 lbs. Feel free to add me?
-
If you add me? You can see my diary. I don't like sharing it :/ xx
-
I aim for 1200 usually as it's worked for my previously. Then on depressed day's I give myself up to 1500 to have some crisp or chocolate as comfort lol. 1500 is the maximum I'd go up to xx

Yeah got a digital scales, use them + the old fashioned ones if I'm not sure. I weigh everything! Kinda obsessed as I really want to lose weight lol. I got mine online for £10! Well normally I don't drink water, I depend on fizzy (BPD addicted to caffiene with it. So I normally drink a Liter of pepsi-max a day). But the…

I'm 5"7 and I exercise around 3-5 times a week. It depends on my BPD but I do try and considering before I used to eat 4-5 takeaways a week (comfort eating) and hardly got of my sofa. That's progress lol. Edit: I also do not eat back my exercise calories as I gain when I do.

I'd say go and try it, suck it in and up on the ride  if it doesn't fit straight away. I've been to theme parks where people who ask the staff to force the harness down because they're too big and it works. I'm 267.8 lbs (as of today lol) and I get my boyfriend to push the harness down for me to save the…

My boyfriend's also on MFP, but he's on it to gain muscles and make sure he doesn't look weight while trying to gain. He has to eat 3,000 calories a day on his "Bulk" months and then 2,000 cals on the other months. He uses junk food, to make sure he HITS that calorie goal, as well as chicken for protein. My partner doesn't…

Slowly cut it out if your thinking to do so, I'm caffeine dependent at the moment and slowly trying to take it out my life.
