1200 calories is too low!

I have both and I def prefer the chest band! I do not have to stop to push a button to see where my heart rate is at and sometimes it would take a few tries before it would show up. I believe the chest bands are more accurate, but that is me. It is easy to wear and not uncomfortable at all.

I do Zumba twice a week at the YMCA. I love it! My hrm shows me burning around 400-500 calories for the 60 min. class, and that time goes by fast!

Mine is 40/30/30 as well. That is a popular ratio.

I do not have a strength training option under cardio. I want my weight lifting days to count under exercise, but I do not want to have ti figure out how many reps I do for each exercise. I use Jari Love's Get Ripped DVD's. Any suggestions? Thanks
