Does this work pretty good for you? We're about the same height and weight and I just increased my calories to 1400 to try to break through a plateau.. hasn't seemed to be working for me yet.

Some fruit is actually way high in sugar! I can have 3/4 of a large banana in my oatmeal and go over my sugar limit! But I could have 3 cups of frozen raspberries and be fine. I absolutely love green tea! Dr. Oz says to add more citrus fruits to your diet to reduce body fat so I've been trying that. I take AbCuts, many consider it a diet pill but my Dr. okayed it and it's helped me. I take fish oil pills and a daily vitamin when I'm not taking AbCuts though. Hope this helps! :)
