Officially half way through! Finished level 2 day 5 today!

Finished week 1 of c25k! Starting to get easier and able to run further :) also did day 4 of 30ds level 2. How's everyone else doing??

Level 2 day 4 done. I had to mute it this time and put on music. I just couldn't listen to her tell me that its a 20 minute workout so I have work hard. Lol I still am not all that in love with level 2...don't know why. Oh well 6 more days and on to level 3!

Did level 2 day 1 today. It is killer on my shoulders!! But it went by quick. For me it's just getting through the first circuit then it feels like I'm almost there. Definitely happy for something new- I had to start muting level 1 because it got on my nerves!! lol

Level 2 was tough. Not horrible but tough. Almost every exercise including cardio incorporates strength. But I'm hoping by day 4 it will get easier!

Added my 1 minute run 90 second jog to my weekly walk around the river (3.8 mile loop). I did pretty good. was able to keep it up most of the way around with the exception of a 15 minute break a little over halfway. AND I improved my time by almost 10 minutes! Completed day 9 of 30DS and day 1 of C25K. Can't believe I made it through the whole run!! I am sooo happy right now! I surprised myself with how far I have come in my fitness so far!

I have not walked in days ad hating it!! Was looking forward to a long walk today but my daughter strained her neck and is staying home from school for the day. Maybe tonight I'll get it in. Frustrated!!

YES!!!!! lol I notice this every time! It's mostly on the strength training that she does it. Very annoying!! Then again she is just getting on my nerves anyway! Day 8 Level 1 and I can't listen to her tell me "I know it's hard" lol- shut up Jillian!! :laugh:

To those who suggested upping your calories...do you keep them up? Or just until you break the plateau and then lower them back??

Day7 done! I hate side lunge arm raises. I hate them even more at 6 in the morning. Have lost 2 ponds so far!

I do p90x (on day 35!) and have begun doing the 30 day shred and also added walking daily. Maybe if I try jogging instead of walking? I don't know...
