Maybe the grapes were cheap because they just had an earthquake in Chile and they are desperate for $. They want you to buy their grapes and help them out, instead of competitors. Does that make any sense? Just a thought.

I've noticed similiar things: If if go over by 200 calories, it will say 'if every day is like today you will weigh 2 lbs more in 5 weeks" and then when I get up in the morning and weigh myself I'm already 2 lbs more. It sure didn't take 5 weeks to get there!

You can be thin, and not healthy. It's about more than how much you weigh, if you want to ward off diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc... I say don't give up everything you like but you should incorporate some healthy foods such as fruits and veggies. And exercise of some kind will keep you strong. Good job…

Mine is usually between 155-165. I think that's okay.

I occasionally (2 times/week) go over my calorie goal, but I am still making my weight loss goal of a pound a week so I'm not worried about it. Your body needs flexibility so it doesn't get used to the same food or exercise routine. I try to be a little under my goal the day after I go over.

I agree fiber is so important. I am trying to eat more natural fiber from fruits and vegetables and not rely so much on processed "foods". When I do eat processed foods I am trying to eat the ones that have 5 ingredients or less. It's hard. Not many fall into that category. I'm trying to follow some of the advice from…
