Keep up with the eating and exercising, just take a break from the scale. Take the pressure off of yourself! Dont let the scale ruin your new healthy habits.

We bought a Nordictrack treadmill last year. We did a lot of research on it. Make sure you check the weight limits, horsepower and incline and speeds. They are not all made the same. I just joined a couple days ago. Ii love this site, it provides the needed motivation from all the stories. I have lsot 10 pounds since the new year. I have 19 to 25 to go. Will re-evaluate once I get to my first goal. I am hoping to make my goal weight by summer. Thanks for all the info and keep up the good fight
