Already a little nervous about the weigh in this week. 7 miles running this week. Not bad for only 3 days. Was a crazy week and I will be increasing mileage every week with my training program. This week should be 8miles + any walking that I my do (if I get all the runs in). Good luck

I'm in. Sounds like a great challenge. I have just started running again, so I may not make it. Only running 3 to 4 days a week with Kettlebell workouts on the other days. Good luck to all

I also like the C9 bras at Target. I am a 34 DD and have no problem with these bras. I have used them for running, kick boxing, and Insanity just for an example. I highly recommend them

W4D1 finished. I have been sick for the past week and didn't work out at all. Wasn't sure if I should repeat week 3 or dive into week 4. Well I took a leap and dove in. Not too bad considering. I made all the runs but slowed down alittle bit from my week 3 runs. Doing it again tomorrow to try and get 4 runs in this week.…

Hi all, I will be starting week 4 tomorrow. Finished week 3 last Sunday, but have been really sick all week and not able to muster up enough energy to do much of anything. I too am 5'7 and weigh 158. The scale and I are not on great terms right now and have finally decided to throw out the scale and focus on my fitness goals. I have begun running again (weighed 147 while training last year) and weight training. I am focused on those goals and can't wait to rock out the tank top this summer…

After doing research online and wanting one so badly we opted for a Total Trainer. It was cheaper since it doesn't have to pay the big actors. Starting tonight!

Starting tonight as my runs will be Tues, Thurs and Sat. with lifting on Sun, Mon and Wed. Taking Fridays off for rest. I am excited as I ran alot last year and worked my way up to 8 miles and completed my first 10k last may. I am just recovering from tendonitis in my ankle and am going to start slow.

Some of my most enjoyable training runs have been in the rain. It is sort of freeing and childlike to be out there in the rain. Go for it, you never know. I think I had my best race time on a cold rainy morning.

I LOVE this pill. I haven't noticed any crazy eating changes, but I haven't had a TOM in about 2 years. Even better that 4 times a year is no times a year!
