I would highly recommend TrueNutrition. They manufacture their own protein and the cost is very low. I've tried a lot of different brands and it is by far my favorite in terms of flavor and how well it mixes. This is exactly why I eat back only 25% of my calories max. Most days I don't eat any back at all. Never from weight lifting or rowing. Only when I go on an extended cycling. I figure if I consistently have the energy to workout 6 days a week. Then nutritionally, I'm doing just fine.

I've noticed that if you complete your diary on mobile it occasionally gives a lower number than on the webpage even when the content of calories consumed remains the same. I have no idea why though.

How heavy are you right now? What's your height and goal weight? Knowing that it would be easier to determine a realistic goal for 6 weeks.

Lifting is always a great idea. If you have the interest I would add it ASAP. You'll see benefits and I know people that would go back and add lifting into their regime as opposed to strictly cardio and a deficit. Good luck with the last 25!

This depends if you have a deficit set for your calorie intake or if you're already eating to maintenance. For example. If you have a daily deficit of 500 calories, this will be 1 lbs lost a week due to diet alone. If you exercise on top of that you may creating too steep a deficit so a portion or all of these calories…
