Thanks. Yes my thighs slim down and tone. I even notice no more love handles . I started to see a difference maybe 2 weeks into it. My sister did it with me and she was results after the first week.

I did the challenge last summer and regret stopping after the 30 days. My butt and entire legs never looked so good. I don't have much of a butt so it was pretty exciting to have so shape there.
