So I am somewhat petite in height 5'1.5" and weight 107.2 I really want to burn fat so my lower half looks like 100x slimmer. I have a bubble butt I wont lie but I want to firm it.

Any experience with this workout?? Did your legs look smaller?

Im scared of all the squats if they will make me appear bigger so i try to limit my squat amount because my legs are short and i dont want them looking kinda stumpy plus i do 500 jumping jacks a day and 2+ mile walk/hike a day

I did the challenge last summer and regret stopping after the 30 days. My butt and entire legs never looked so good. I don't have much of a butt so it was pretty exciting to have so shape there. Also half way I added lunges. Not a lot, maybe 15 each leg per day. My butt and legs toned but didn't get any bigger. I lost inches. I say go for it. I should start again :) . Good luck.

Thanks. Yes my thighs slim down and tone. I even notice no more love handles . I started to see a difference maybe 2 weeks into it. My sister did it with me and she was results after the first week.

Everyone's body will react differently, but don't worry about the bulk, if you are eating right along with the routine you might see some "bulk" when you first develop some definition, but then you finally have the building blocks to burn the flabby bits away.
It actually takes a lot of effort to "bulk" if you ask any guys trying to get big.

I just read about this online and decided to try it. I am pear shaped and have cellulite I want to get rid of. I am on day 3 today and it hurts! My thighs and bum are very sore... but I plan to stick it out and see what happens.

I'd love to do it with you if you want to try it.

I did this and was happy with it after 30 days. I did it again the next month with 5 lb barbells in each hand. When I got up to higher numbers doing this, my knee started to scream at me, so I stopped. Since then, I have done some research and determined that it is likely better to do 3 sets of lower reps with heavier weights... the repetition can be really hard on your joints, and it takes more effort to lift 50+ lbs (in addition to your body weight) 10 times than it does to lift no additional weight 50 times.. and more effort = more calories burned.
