Does anyone have any advise about my calorie deficit or if I should do weights or just cardio.

On my two rest days, I like to do walking, it annoys me that my gym closes at 2pm on weekends which is when I don't go. It looks like I'll get a heart rate monitor Tolorri which brand or type do you recommend.

What held me back was a lack of knowledge, of what I actually had to do to loose weight. Mfp really has helped me stick to my plans and slowly win the race.
