I enjoy both, like others said, TF is more cardio and CE is more with free weights. With Extreme, I felt the muscles building (under my layer of fat though as I have weight to lose lol) but it was nice to feel I was getting muscles and felt stronger. I have the Killer Bungs and Thighs and for me it's the toughest (even the warm-up is tough lol). I want to get Kickbox Fast Fix as well :-) I guess it depends on people. I used to go to the gym but you sit down at machines and only work a few muscles at a time, with these workouts, you use ALL muscles, I'm getting better results!!

The Insanity workouts scare me a little *hehe* I think it's more the calisthenics. I can do some but not all of them on the Jillian DVDs but when I "graduate" in my level of intensity in my workouts, I am sure I would like the Insanity ones (probably more than the P90X ones). Thanks!

True, I do that but I need variety as well and trying to add more veggies to my diet. I guess I am just finding it hard to be able to add protein without going over my calorie intake. All these numbers :-) Thank you for your input!

Thank you all for your feedback! I read so many posts on the 30 day shred and I am glad I got it. I also do Zumba DVDs and the Elliptical but I needed to kick it up a notch and the 30DS did it. Are all her DVDs as good? :-)
