Jillian Michaels Workout DVDs Rock!
I never really liked Jillian Michaels on The Biggest Loser however her workouts rock! My Favorite: Extreme Shed and Shred !! Ripped in 30 Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Killer Buns and Thighs There are some exercises I cannot do but I modify it or just do another move. Anyone else have favorites? :-)

Are you getting enough protein? I am not :S
I have never reached my protein requirements for the day according to My Fitness Pal. I am not sure what else I can do, I am having shakes that contain 24g of protein and my daily intake is 56g but as soon as I exercices, everything goes up, I cannot eat JUST protein?

30 day shred kicked my butt!
Oh my, what a workout in 20 minutes! I am not a big fan on Jillian Michaels however I do like the exercises on this DVD. I really like the 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute ab circuit training. It's nice to have an all body workout. I can feel it today!
