Hi!! I'm in the same boat, trying to stay dedicated to logging and this journey is so much more fun (and easier to stay on track) with supportive friends. I would love more friends too, anyone here is welcome to add me. Right now I think I'm on my longest "logging in run" (20 something days... I know it isn't a lot but I…

I go over my protein "allowance" daily. My eating style is very high protein and I focus on fresh fruits/veggies and whole grains like sprouted grain bread, very few processed carbs. I think if you eat anything like me where I avoid processed foods mostly and eat as organic as possible you are eating very "clean" but it is…

I 100% agree with you, this whole process is much easier with motivation and support! I find it really motivating to see the success of fellow MFP members and have comments/encouragement from friends, I would love to have some more great MFP friends encouragement/motivation/support because I don't have many at this point.

I'm so bad at remembering my previous week's weight... I think I'm up a smidge (part of a pound) though... I'm at 170.2. I've been hovering here for a while but lately I've been eating very well (for the most part), exercise is where I'm lacking. Hopefully I can kick it up and see some downward movement! Looks like there…

Hi everyone! Last week I was 173.4 (I think?) and today I am 172.4, so it is a loss but I am still a little up from where we were when we started the challenge. Fortunately all of my eating challenges (family in town, weekends out of town) are behind me for the foreseeable future so hopefully I can get back into the groove…

Hi all, sorry I'm a day late! This week I weighed in at 173.2, I can't honestly remember what my last Monday's weight was, but I don't think I lost any. I've had family in town the last two weekends and with all the dining out I found it really difficult to stay under my calorie goal, also the time constraints mad it hard…

I gained last week, which I'm not really surprised about because I had family in town and didn't do a good job of sticking to my diet plan with so many meals out. Even though I'm not completely surprised I am still disappointed... this week I am 173.4 :( Hopefully this week being back in my regular routine with exercise it…

Hi everyone! Just checking in for this week's weigh in, I am at 170.8 so I did lose a bit which I'm very happy about! I was fairly off track this weekend though so I'm going to have to be more careful this week and be sure to find time for exercise. Hope everyone is doing well!

Yum!! That Citrus Crunch Chicken sounds fantastic! I'll have to give it a try. I finally got my hands on a scale and was really disappointed when I stepped on it. I weighed in at 173, one pound heavier than when the challenge started but every day I have been staying very close to my calorie goal and doing daily exercise…

That's what I do as well :) Unfortunately I have not been able to weigh myself because I ordered a new scale and it has not arrived yet. I've been working out every morning doing classes at my gym and eating well though so I hope to see a good (new) number when the scale arrives, hopefully today... probably tomorrow. Hope…

Wow this website looks great, thanks for sharing it! I think eating clean is so important and am always up to try new recipes to keep me from getting bored :)

Congrats Liz on staying on track for your weekend! That's always the hardest for me. Today I went to a yoga sculpt class at 6:30, they always kill me! Although, the 6:30 class was a welcome relief from the 5:30 ones I have been attending the rest of the week. Yesterday I was good and stayed on track for my food goal! Today…

Hi everyone! I just wanted to check in for the day. I made it to my 5:30 AM workout at my gym this morning (third time this week... yay me), and have been eating healthy all day, it looks like I'll be coming in at or slightly under my calorie goal, so this is all good news! The bad news is I weighed myself at the gym since…

I can't vouch for these recipes because I haven't made any of them yet, but I'm planning on testing out these crust alternatives (some of them at least)! There are a ton of creative ideas, some healthier than others I think.

Great idea, I'd love to join! My scale is on the fritz so I'll have to use one at the gym in the morning to get a starting weight but I believe this is correct (or if not, pretty close) Current weight: 170 holiday goal: 149 (Liz I like your idea of being in the 140's by then!) ultimate goal: 130 or 135ish, I'm going to…

Another alternative for crust when making pizza I have found is this cauliflower based crust... It sounds weird but trust me, it's delicious! My boyfriend even loved it and he is crazy about traditional pizza http://www.diaryofamodernmatriarch.com/2010/06/cauliflower-pizza-crust.html
