    I'm gonna have to give this a try! I'm always looking for new ways to take care of my pizza cravings in a healthy way. I guess that's what I get for having pizza be my favorite food.

    I dont- I think it would vary GRATELY on your sauce, veggies, meat and cheesing. Either way, a little thin grilled chicken will give you more protein, less carbs and sugar :bigsmile:

    Another alternative for crust when making pizza I have found is this cauliflower based crust... It sounds weird but trust me, it's delicious! My boyfriend even loved it and he is crazy about traditional pizza http://www.diaryofamodernmatriarch.com/2010/06/cauliflower-pizza-crust.html

    I can't vouch for these recipes because I haven't made any of them yet, but I'm planning on testing out these crust alternatives (some of them at least)! There are a ton of creative ideas, some healthier than others I think.
