The support here is amazing. Log in everyday so you will be accountable for your food. I joined a while back and finally stuck to it the past 3 weeks. Its the greatest thing I have done in a long time.

I must be doing something wrong...lol I checked the back of Nutella and I thought it said 200 calories for 2 tsp or tbs. am I missing something? Thanks

I also took notice to the calories in the fast food places...If I have to eat there I choose a grilled chicken wrap with no dressing and a unsweetened ice tea. Its better than skipping a meal. But I ALWAYS check calories before I order anything. I try and keep an apple or something in the car for when I get hungry.....

Dont give up.. take your time and do it at your level. If now you cant get the entire way through , do what you can.. you are at least doing some. In a few days or so you will be able to go a little further then a little more until you are going through it. it may be slow moving at first but anything you do is better than…
